MKE Grocery Buddy – Terms of Participation

MKE Grocery Buddy connects neighbors who need help with groceries to volunteers who can provide direct assistance, especially during SNAP outages.

• Voluntary: Participation is completely voluntary. You are responsible for any interactions or transactions after a match is made.

• Limited Role: We help connect people and may coordinate matches, but we do not control, monitor, or guarantee any exchanges.

• No Liability: We, our volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disputes between participants.

• Risk: Giving or receiving assistance involves risk, and you are responsible for your own actions.

• Non-Charitable: MKE Grocery Buddy is not a 501(c)(3) organization, and donations or assistance are not tax-deductible.

• Good Faith: Please act respectfully, protect privacy, and communicate clearly when helping neighbors.
